1. Eligibility: This “Gift with Purchase Program” (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who have purchased a TisBest Gift card with a value of $50 or more and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry (“Participant”, or “you”). The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. 3. Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on December 08, 2023 at 12:00 AM and ending on December 31, 2023 at 10:00 AM (the “Promotion Period”). We will update this site if any of the gift items are no longer available. All times are (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).
4. How to Enter: The Promotion can only be entered by purchasing a charity gift card on the TisBest website (Tisbest.org) valued at $50 or more during the Promotion Period. The entry must fulfill all Promotion requirements to be eligible to collect a gift with your purchase. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to these Terms or other specifications set forth herein may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TisBest. You may only enter one time and you must provide the information requested. You may not use different e-mail addresses, identities, or other devices in an attempt to submit multiple entries, and any such entries. may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TisBest.
5. Gifts: The gifts are a choice of one (1) of the following items: Principles: Life & Work book, Principles for Dealing with The Changing World Order book, Principles for Success book, or one of eight Principles designed t-shirts. No cash or other gift substitutions are permitted. Any and all gift related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. No substitution of gifts or transfer/assignment of gifts to others or requests for the cash equivalent is permitted. .
6. Terms: TisBest reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in the event that any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct thereof. TisBest further reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these Terms. TisBest may, in its sole discretion, refuse to award a gift in any case where it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated, including, but not limited to; multiple entries by the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Terms ; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means of entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, TisBest reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless TisBest and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and Promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any gift or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
8. Disputes: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUTWITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Connecticut having jurisdiction thereof. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will any Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and Participant further waives all rights to have any damages multiplied or increased.
